Kotoko Iwanaga has one leg and one eye and the ability to talk anyone into believing anything. She uses this power to talk ghosts into believing in humans, humans into believing in ghosts, and Kuro Sakuragawa into being a reluctant boyfriend. She's a goddess of wisdom and the town's ghost inspector. She's an In/Spectre.
