Alice or Alice is about two twins named Alice and Alice. That's right, some mother out there carried them in her stomach for nine months and didn't even bother to pick out two different names. Alice and Alice both obtain development problems due to their shared name and matching DNA. They lose all identity of the self and must never be apart for more than an hour at a time. Before going to college Alice A develops heart disease and Alice B gets lung cancer. Their big brother must choose between saving Alice or Alice. Hence the name of the show.
